This NVQ is for occupational work supervisors, gangers or chargehands who coordinate trades, check work quality, support health and safety and help keep daily tasks on programme. Suitable for those supervising specific activities, work areas or small teams.

Assessment is discussion based with no written coursework and is completed online around your workload.

An assessor will call you for a short profiling chat to confirm the NVQ is achievable for you, then you can decide if you want to enrol.
