Our assessment model is built around real work evidence, structured professional discussion and practical assessor guidance. Candidates do not attend classroom training or sit written exams. Instead, they demonstrate competence through the work they already carry out.
We support supervisor, manager, senior manager and health and safety routes, including qualifications that can support applications for Gold or Black CSCS Cards, professional memberships and career progression.
CADUK has specialised in construction NVQ assessment since 2011. We were among the earliest UK construction NVQ providers to deliver fully online NVQ assessment, using real work evidence, professional discussion and remote assessor support long before it became common.
Since then, we have supported thousands of construction professionals across the UK and internationally, including candidates in the UAE, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand.
We do not offer hundreds of courses. We focus on a carefully selected range of construction, supervision, management and health and safety NVQs, and we have built our systems, guidance and assessment process around doing those qualifications well.
Over the years, CADUK has supported candidates working for major contractors, specialist subcontractors, local authorities and infrastructure organisations across the UK construction industry.

CADUK delivers approved construction NVQ assessment routes for experienced supervisors, managers and health and safety professionals across the UK.
Our NVQs can support Gold and Black CSCS Card applications, professional membership routes and, where eligible, CITB grant funding or ELCAS funding for armed forces personnel.
NVQs are delivered through approved qualification routes and subject to internal and external quality assurance.
CADUK is part of the CITB Training Provider Network, supporting eligible employers with grant-funded training routes.
CADUK is an ELCAS approved provider for eligible members of the armed forces using Enhanced Learning Credits.
