Construction Management NVQ FAQs

CADUK keeps the assessment simple, streamlined and professional.

Your NVQ is completed online using evidence from your real work, supported by professional discussions with your assessor. There are no exams, no classroom attendance and no long written assignments.

The process is designed for experienced supervisors who are already doing the job and want a practical way to prove their competence.

Your evidence will come from your real construction supervision role.

This could include photos or videos of work being supervised, toolbox talks, briefings, site records, work allocation sheets, inspection notes, quality checks, daily records, messages, emails or other workplace evidence showing how you supervise and coordinate work.

Your assessor will guide you on what is suitable for your chosen NVQ route.

It can often be completed in a matter of weeks, but it depends on your experience, motivation, availability and how quickly you can provide suitable evidence.

CADUK gives you up to 12 months to complete the NVQ, although many experienced supervisors finish much sooner when they are organised and ready to engage with the process.
