Whether you are paying personally or through your employer, CADUK keeps the payment process clear, secure and straightforward.
Make a one-off payment via bank transfer, credit card, debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Card payments are processed through Stripe.
Eligible candidates can split the NVQ fee into 3 interest free instalments using Klarna Pay in 3, subject to Klarna approval.
Many candidates are funded by their employer. Business payments can be made by company card or bank transfer.
Klarna Pay in 3 allows eligible candidates to spread the cost across 3 interest free instalments.
Klarna handles all approvals and lending decisions directly. CADUK cannot influence Klarna approval decisions and does not provide credit.
When payments are made on time, Klarna Pay in 3 is normally interest free.
All card payments are processed securely through Stripe using encrypted payment technology.
CADUK does not store your full card details. After payment, you receive confirmation by email and can move into the onboarding process for your chosen NVQ.
Before making any payment, every CADUK candidate goes through a free, non-committal profiling discussion with one of our assessors.
This is to make sure the NVQ is suitable, achievable and appropriate for your current role. Once an assessor has confirmed that you have the skills, knowledge and experience needed to complete the qualification, you can make payment and start the process at any time.
Browse our NVQ routes and choose the qualification that looks closest to your current role. Then click the “Check Eligibility” or “Apply Now” button and complete the short application form.
One of our assessors will contact you for a free, non-committal profiling discussion. They will check that the NVQ is suitable and achievable, and help confirm any optional units where required.
Once you have been approved by an assessor, we will send over the payment details. If you are happy to proceed, you can make payment and start the onboarding process the same day.

Yes. Candidates can use Klarna Pay in 3 to spread the cost of the NVQ across 3 interest-free instalments, subject to Klarna’s eligibility checks and approval.
Yes. Klarna Pay in 3 is interest free when payments are made on time. Approval and lending decisions are handled directly by Klarna.
Yes. Many candidates are funded by their employer through company payment, bank transfer or invoice arrangements where agreed.
If the employer is CITB registered, they may also be able to claim a CITB Short Qualification Grant of £600 on completion of an eligible construction-related NVQ.
You only make payment after your free assessor profiling call has taken place and the assessor has confirmed that the NVQ is suitable and achievable for your role.
To start the process, choose the closest NVQ route on our website and complete the short application form using the “Check Eligibility” or “Apply Now” button. An assessor will then contact you to discuss your role, experience and evidence before any payment is required.
Once your assessor has approved you to enrol and payment has been made, we normally register you and send access to your online CADUK ePortfolio on the same day.
This means you can usually start uploading evidence and begin the onboarding process straight away.
