Suitable for people who develop policies, lead improvement programmes, oversee serious incident investigations and provide competent advice at a strategic level.

What evidence will you need?

Evidence is based on your normal strategic health and safety duties and typically includes:

• H&S policies and strategic plans
• Risk profiles or risk registers
• Audit or review reports
• Accident and incident investigation reports
• Improvement plans and action trackers
• Training or briefing programmes
• Consultation or safety committee records
• Performance dashboards or KPI reports
• Emails or reports to senior management
• Meeting minutes with directors or clients

Assessment is discussion based with no written coursework and is completed online around your workload.
