We’ll contact each candidate individually to carry out a free profiling review and confirm that the NVQ is suitable, achievable and relevant to their current role before any enrolment takes place.
Once approved, candidates can start whenever they or the company are ready. Assessment is completed through our online, discussion-based process with dedicated assessor support throughout.
There is no obligation to proceed following profiling, and many experienced candidates complete within 4 to 12 weeks while continuing in their normal role.

Level 3 and Level 4 NVQs

One of our assessors will speak directly with the candidate to confirm that the NVQ is suitable and achievable.
This includes checking that they have the appropriate level of experience and can access the evidence required from their normal work activities.
Once approved, they can start whenever they or the company are ready.
Following enrolment, candidates gather evidence from their normal work activities and submit it for review by their assessor.
Once sufficient evidence has been provided, the remaining requirements are usually covered through an online professional discussion.
