Who is this qualification for?

This NVQ is for experienced construction professionals managing or coordinating contracting operations, commercial activities, resources or programmes across one or more projects, and making operational decisions that influence delivery, cost and performance.

• Estimators and quantity surveyors
• Procurement and buying staff

What evidence will you need?

Evidence is based on your normal work and may include items such as:

• RAMS and project plans
• Programmes, look-aheads and progress updates
• Meeting minutes and correspondence
• Commercial records (CVRs) and cost summaries
• Procurement schedules and subcontract orders
• Forecasts, reports and dashboards
• Briefing evidence (screenshots or meeting notes)

Assessment is discussion based with no written coursework and is completed online around your workload.
