Who is this qualification for?

This NVQ is for experienced construction site managers overseeing larger projects, coordinating subcontractors and multiple trades, and making day-to-day decisions to maintain safety, quality and progress on site.

• People overseeing multi-trade site activities

What evidence will you need?

Evidence is based on your normal work and may include items such as:

• RAMS and permits
• Programmes, look-aheads and plans
• Site diaries, logs and progress updates
• Meeting minutes and correspondence
• Quality checks and inspection records
• Subcontractor coordination records
• Site videos and photos

Assessment is discussion based with no written coursework and is completed online around your workload. This qualification also supports the Route to MCIOB.
